Convergence of Akutsah iteration scheme for mean nonexpansive mappings in uniformly convex Banach space with application

Abstract

In this paper, we deal with strong convergence and stability of three step iteration scheme given by Akutsah et al., for mean nonexpansive mapping in uniformly convex Banach space. We also put an application of fixed point of mean nonexpansive mapping and compare Akutsah et al. iteration scheme with other well known iteration schemes, with the help of Matlab software program.
